01 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the HGZI platform and its users. By accessing our services through the HGZI website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

03 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to Sports Betting and other gaming services on HGZI. All users are required to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Bet Limits

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each bet and may vary by game or event.
• Multiple bets on a single event are allowed, but the maximum stake limit must not be exceeded.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

Bet Cancellation & Review

If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, HGZI reserves the right to void that bet. If a match or event is not completed, HGZI will determine the outcome in accordance with its own rules. In the event of any dispute, HGZI's decision shall be considered final.

Lottery & Casino Games

For lottery and casino games, the specific rules of each game apply. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring outcomes are fully fair and verifiable. If a technical issue occurs during any game, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

04 Payment Policy

HGZI supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following terms and conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit

• Deposits are accepted via all major mobile banking methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly; if there's a delay, please contact support.
• Minimum deposit amounts are fixed and may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit after registering. This bonus is available once only and cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements are met.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus has an expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus balance can only be used on eligible games.
• HGZI reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and security of the HGZI platform. Violations of these terms will result in serious action.

• Multi-Accounting: Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software or bots to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Account Sharing: You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to transact illegally obtained funds through HGZI is strictly prohibited.
• System Hacking: Any attempt to breach or circumvent the platform's security measures is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud: Attempting to obtain bonuses or benefits through false information is strictly prohibited.
• Using Another Person's Information: Operating an account under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

HGZI reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

Effectiveness of Changes

• Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to the updated terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect.
